Managing Your Email Notifications with “Frequency of Emails”
SimplifyPI is designed to keep you informed about critical case updates. The “Frequency of Emails” setting within your user profile allows you to customize how and when you receive email notifications, ensuring you stay on top of your caseload without being overwhelmed.
Understanding the “Frequency of Emails” Settings:
This powerful feature lets you control the type and frequency of email alerts you receive. Here’s a breakdown of the available options:
1. Alert Types:
- Case Manager Notifications: This setting allows you to receive email alerts specifically for cases where you are assigned as the case manager.
Note: Assigning a case manager to each client in your portfolio is essential for ensuring personalized support and streamlined case management.
- Bad Case Notifications: Stay informed about potential issues with cases by receiving notifications for “Bad Cases.”
- Case Status Updates (e.g., Discharge): Receives notifications for specific case status changes, such as when a patient is discharged.
- Gap in Treatment Notifications: Receive notification when a patient has not attended an appointment for 10 days. This is calculated based on the last appointment date that is recorded in the system.
- You can set notifications for a wide range of actions, including:
- Undo records sent.
- Undo end treatment.
- Offer proposed (from attorney to provider).
- Counteroffer proposed.
- No response to offer.
- Offer/counteroffer accepted.
- No treatment added for the patient.
2. Frequency Options:
- Never: Select this option if you do not want to receive email notifications for a specific alert type.
- Daily: Receive a daily summary of all relevant updates for the selected alert type.
- Weekly: Receive a weekly summary of all relevant updates for the selected alert type.
How to Adjust Your “Frequency of Emails” Settings:
- At the top right-hand side of the SimplifyPI interface, click on your user name.
2. From the drop-down menu, select “Profile.”
3. Once on your user profile page, scroll down to the “Frequency of Emails” section.
4. Customize your settings:
- Check the boxes next to the alert types you want to receive notifications for, and uncheck the boxes for those you don’t.
- For each alert type, choose your preferred frequency (Never, Daily, or Weekly).
5. Automatic Saving: The selections made by the user will be automatically saved. There is no need to click a submit or save button.
