Step-by-Step Guide to View Document Download Status in SimplifyPI:
- Navigate to the relevant Case Details page.
- Access Documents: Go to the “Documents” section of the case.
- Examine Download Status: Under the “Medical Records and Bills” tab, observe the visual indicator next to each file:
- Greyed-out Icon: Indicates the document has not been downloaded by the attorney.
- Green Icon: Indicates the document has been downloaded by the attorney.
- Monitor Download Updates:
- If an attorney is removed from the case, the download status icon will change back to gray.
- Hover over the green download icon to see the date the attorney downloaded the file.
